Old Guy: So you live in Hollywood, do you?
Me: Yes. Yes, I do.
Old Guy: Do you ever run into that Claude Akins?
Me: Claude Akins? Sherriff Lobo from “BJ & the Bear?”
Old Guy: Yep!
Me: No. No, I can’t say I’ve seen Claude Akins.
Old Guy: Okay. Well, he’s an old fraternity brother of mine. (Pause.) He’s been dead for some time now.
